OS Documentation

Approximately 15 days into the billing cycle (10-11 days before the final due date on the invoice)

A Mobility PAP customer whose bill date is the second of each month, would have previously seen payment withdrawn on the 27th of the month (2 + 25 days). As a result of the change, they will now see their payments withdrawn on the 17th of each month (2+15 days).
